    Return Policy

    We want you to love your Standivy stand. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

    • • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
    • • Sale items and personalised products are final sale
    • • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

    How to Return

    2. 2. We'll send you a return authorisation and shipping instructions
    3. 3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
    4. 4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

    Refunds

    Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we've received and inspected the returned item.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
